We have a Communication Space, which is used to inform and update employees and develop programs to engage their family with our company, this way giving incentives and motivation for both parts.

Drawing Competition – End of Year Card

Every year, Zaraplast organizes a freehand children’s drawing competition with the employees’ children. All drawings are analyzed by a judging committee and awarded according to category. The winning design becomes Zaraplast’s Year-End Card, which is distributed to employees, partners and customers.

Directed Holidays

In the period of school holidays, January and July, Zaraplast promotes a trip with the employees´ children aged between 5 and 12 years old. They spend the day with volunteer staff, and it includes transportation, food and gifts. It’s pure fun!

Veterans Program

Awards for employees who make history at Zaraplast, completing 05, 10, 15, 20, 25 and 30 years of work in a commemorative event.

Year End Toast and Toy

In order to participate in a happy end of the year, Zaraplast gives all the employees a gift and toys to those who have children between 0 and 10 years.

With periodical edition, interesting subjects about the main events held in the company, disclosure of investments, new projects, interviews with employees and general information.
